This website collects information in one place only: the quote request form. When you submit it, we receive the details you typed and any file you chose to attach.

• Your message
• Any file you attach

We do not run advertising trackers, and no analytics or marketing service is connected to this site at present. If one is added later, it will only load after you allow the matching category in your cookie preferences.

You provide these details voluntarily when you ask us to quote. We process them to take steps at your request and to respond to your enquiry. We do not process them for any other purpose, and there is no automated decision-making or profiling on this site.

The form asks only for what is needed to prepare a technical quotation. We do not ask for national ID, Iqama, passport, date of birth or home address, and you should not send them. Only the message and the optional attachment are free-form — please include only what is relevant to the enquiry.

We use these details to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a technical quote. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.

Your enquiry reaches our team through the services below. We use no analytics, advertising, maps, embedded video, social widgets or captcha services on this site, so no other third party receives your data through it.

• Enquiry delivery — receives the completed form and any attachment so our team can respond.

The hosting and enquiry-delivery arrangements have not been finalised. Once confirmed, this section will state the processing location, and any transfer outside the Kingdom will be identified here together with the safeguards relied on.

A retention period has not yet been set. Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to answer them and to maintain a record of quotations issued; the final period will be published here once confirmed.

This website does not store your submission. Nothing is written to the web server's file system and no database of enquiries is kept here — the form is passed straight to the enquiry service and held there.

The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy, and the quote form is rate limited and validated on the server. Attachments are restricted by type and size. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send confidential commercial information through the form unless you are comfortable doing so by email.
